I am using an unlocked Apple iPhone 4s. I see another reviewer who says that the CC SIM card doesn't work with iPhone 4s, but that is simply not true. I've been doing it for 2+ years, and it was really easy to make the switch! Love this company - our cell phone bills were cut in half, and customer support is GREAT.

We have been with Consumer Cellular for less than a month as we are coming from a different carrier. We have been with the old carrier about 3 years as we were once on Consumer Cellular. Oh my my have this company have changed so much. They have insurance and to be honest when we came on this time everything was the same. We both keep our old phones and it is like light from dark. I am paying around $38.00 a month and was paying around $250.00 with everything we have here. So Guys I do not know how to say this in love but my lovey wife of almost 35 years is right. So now I have more money to spend on her and not the phone company. As far as I can see this is our Phone Company for life.

I wasn't exactly sure how to install the SIM card. But after I watched the video on Consumer Cellular's website, it was a breeze. I am a long time customer and very, very happy with your products and service!!

I got an unlocked phone (formerly used on T-Mobile) from a friend to use on Consumer Cellular. I went to web site to find out how to configure the setting on the phone so the data and text messages would work. I admit I was confused by the information on the web site, so I called tech support. The very helpful and patient agent walked me through the entire process of setting the APN on the phone, and I am thrilled to say the phone is working wonderfully! I am recommending Consumer Cellular to my family and friends!

My husband recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and requested a sim card from Consumer Cellular. I have an iPhone 5s I purchased from them. I have had nothing but great service and customer service from them. My grandson who lives with us had an unlocked iPhone 4s. We got him a sim card and it works. On both phones not purchased from Consumer Cellular, we had to make one phone call to customer service to get everything working. Data works on all phones including the Samsung. Customer service was great on every occasion!
