We changed from another carrier to Consumer Cellular about 3 months ago. We were on a no contract plan so as soon as we understood the Consumer Cellular plans and how they worked we changed over immediately. We are still using our previous phones with Consumer Cellular's SIM cards. We received excellent assistance in setting up our Samsung Galaxy III Mini's to operate on Consumer Cellular's network. Since Consumer Cellular uses the same network we still have the same coverage but at less than half the cost. Our phones features remain the same. We lost absolutely nothing in the transition. We absolutely love Consumer Cellular and their service. I can't really say enough about pleased we are with the change over we made. In retirement now and approaching life on a fixed income stream made changing our cell phone provider to Consumer Cellular all the more necessary.

We switched from another carrier to Consumer Cellular over a year ago and have gone from paying $150/month to $65/month for our phones. The service is excellent and we've had no issues, other than regretting that we didn't switch to Consumer Cellular sooner! Porting our old phones was easy using the Consumer Cellular SIM cards, and the Consumer Cellular reps helped us every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Couldn't be easier! AT&T coverage without the hassle, speaking to someone who speaks English. Best move I've ever made concerning cellular.

I have really enjoyed being a Consumer Cellular customer. I got the SIM card and use it with my Nokia. I didn't understand how to set it up at first to get my data. Customer service emailed me the instructions as to what to do to get my data, and I have been satisfied ever since.

Bought SIM cards at Sears for my Nexus 5 and my wife's Moto G 2nd Generation (LTE). Had to call Consumer Cellular customer service to manually configure the settings (suggest publishing them on site). No problems since then. So far so good!
